Please try to install Studio 2014 manually following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0036110

I also repaired the link from the article you mentioned. In case the manual installation doesn`t work try to follow the steps from there gain.

Thank you Sorin, install was successful after I tried the 1st link again.

But now I have a problem with license code activation; my code doesn't work and receive Socket error2-77.

I am trying offline activation according to the steps in https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033980

and went up to the step 6, but I don't see any product listed in "Licenses", as I created this account just recently, while I had been using Studio 2014 way before

in another PC.

Please provide any help for me to be able to activate the product I already have.
