when I try to fire up I do not recognise the application . I get 4 different apps??

HI There
I am in my account and I can see a download which I have done but i cannot activate it and now I have received a deactivation code!!!
thiis is what I get. then I want to upgrade and the tab for upgrade does not fire up !!

Click on the SDL Trados Studio 2017 folder (not the apps folder) and then Studio 2017-
Now you should be able to start Studio and activate using the code in your account.
