Good evening,
I received a time-limited license key for SDL Trados 2019 from my lecturer. The problem is that my computer broke down and I didn’t get the chance to deactivate the license key from my PC. After I took it to a service, they installed another Windows version on my PC. Is there any possibility to deactivate the time-limited license? I want to activate it on my new Windows version.
