I'm using TRADOS 2019, and I just formatted my laptop and installed TRADOS STUDIO 2019 again.
I realized that I had to deactivate first in order to activate on my newly formatted laptop, so I logged in through the TRADOS website,
and tried to reset my license, but it shows the message that 'Error has Occurred'.
Would it be possible to solve this issue quickly, because I need to activate trados quickly for use.
