Good evening! Before I upgraded to 2021, I could use Trados with 2 separate computers. There was 1 license, but it allowed me to have 2 users. Upon upgrading to Studio 2021, I seem to have only 1 user, which is a very big problem for me. Can this be solved?

I`ve check your account and initially you had a SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus license which allowed you to use the license on 2 different computer.
Then you upgraded from SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus to SDL Trados Studio 2015 Professional which allows you to use Studio only on one computer but has more features. Finally you upgraded from from SDL Trados Studio 2015 Professional to SDL Trados Studio 2021 Professional which still allows to use the license only on one computer. Only Freelance Plus licenses allow you to use the same license on 2 differnt computers.
