I no longer see my 2019 license in my account.
Events leading to the disappearance: after attempting couple of days ago (2/25/21) to install side by side 2019 and 2021, only 2021 installed and 2019 license disappeared. One misstep was ((I believe) my failure to deactivate the 2017 version, that is still active at this point. Then last night (2/26/21) sdl 2019 started to install (while I was attempting to start a sdlxliff older file). Weird, don't understand why; maybe you do? Anyway, the install got all the way to activation stage and I tried to use the 2021 license number, but it did not work out. Eventually, it installed, but it ”thinks” that I started a 30 day trial. So, 2019 it's installed now, but I do not have a license showing in my account list of licenses.
Please advise as what I need to provide in order to re-gain the 2019 license. At the moment I have 2021 up and running, so there is no hurry in solving my problem. Besides, it's weekend:)
