I need to deactivate my License (SDL Trados Studio 2019), as I've rebuilt my computer and forgot to deactivate my Trados Studio 2019 Freelance account.
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

I can't reset it: '"An error has occured".
Is there no other way to disable/deactivate the license? I really need to activate it again on my computer after formatting it.
