I am trying to use multiterm and I am unable to set up a Termbase in Trados Studio 2019 as I get the below message.
Last year I was advised to follow the steps in the below article and whilst it worked in the past it hasn’t worked this time.

Please can someone advise on what I can do to resolve this issue? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software but it hasn't worked
