I have SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus, which is installed on my Lenovo PC and my HP notebook
Please can you deactivate the license for my Lenovo PC as it has died due to a fatal hard problem (Blue Screen of Death).

Try it yourself first. You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
