The above message appears (see also screenshot below), and is then duplicated, each time I hit Ctr. + Enter to confirm and move on.
I've tried upgrading the TMs and have deleted, and then added them once more, to the "project settings" list
Where are your TMs located and are they really accessible?
What version of Studio are you running? You should have a pair of these depending on the version you are using (didn't think you'd be using anything any older than 2015):
