Do you have an error message when trying yo access Language Cloud? Can you provide a screenshot?

Regarding the updates please go to the following location on your computer: C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio2\Updates and run the "StudioUpdateClient.exe" file while Studio 2014 is closed.

One more thing... regarding the updates, I have followed your instructions, but I have Studio 3 (not 2) inside the SDL folder, however I tried to run the "StudioUpdateClient.exe" file, but the same error pops up, I send you the screenshot:
