When I try to sign in inside Trados Studio 2021 (e.g. to download updates for Trados or Add-ins directly), I get the following error message:
"Your SDL ID is not linked to any SDL Language Cloud account. Create an account or contact your Language Cloud account administrator".
I then decided to try and login using a web browser to "language cloud" and got the following error (in German):
"Es ist bereits ein Konto mit Ihrer Organisation verbunden. Wenden Sie sich an Ihren Kontoadministrator, der Ihnen bei der Benutzerkonfiguration helfen kann. Sie können sich auch an das Support-Team wenden."
I didn't have this problem using Studio 2019 and I think that this is a bug. Any ideas? If I recall correctly, I might not have installed (i.e. I deselected on install) any Language Cloud related services (if it is possible to deselect them on installation), since I didn't need them. Maybe this is the cause of the error?
