Deactivating SDL Trados 2019 and updating to SDL Trados 2021

Hi, I'm having problems with deactivating Trados 2019 - when I try to deactivate Trados 2019, a message saying "Login for this product has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance" appears. What should I do? 

Also, when I open my SDL account sdl.com -> product & plans -> licences I can only see licence for SDL 2021 freelance plus (not my previous 2019 freelance plus licence). Could you help me please?
