My organization has purchased a license for SDL Trados 2021, upgrading from SDL Trados 2015. However, we have now learned that because some of our other software is only compatible with SDL Trados 2019 we will need this instead. What should I do?
My organization has purchased a license for SDL Trados 2021, upgrading from SDL Trados 2015. However, we have now learned that because some of our other software is only compatible with SDL Trados 2019 we will need this instead. What should I do?
I suggest you contact your account manager and see if they are able to assist you. You can only purchase the current version of the software through the website so it will require some discussion to purchase an older version.
