Issues trying to reset my license to a new computer

Hello,

I have tried to deactivet my license on my old computer to install the license in my new computer. Somehow it does not work. I have also tried to reset my license, but that will not work either. As a last resort I have tried to deatctivate my license offline, without success.

Now I am totally out of ideas and I need my Trados in my work. The time is running up, I only have a dozen days left with my trial. Please, Please help me to get my license in place!
