We have an issue to reactivate a reset licence of Trados Studio 2014 in one of our linguist's computer.
This is what she has when attempting to reactivate the licence :
She had already contacted you, but you told her to report the issue to SDL admin account in our company.
So, we have already reset the licence key from our SDL admin account.
Could you please help us on reactivating this licence number?
