Unable to access Language Cloud from Studio 2014 and updates

Good morning,

I had to activate my licence of Studio 2014 offline, but now I cannot access the language cloud, this is the screenshot of the error message:

Moreover, I cannot access the SDL Automatic Translation too... I send you the sreenshot:

I have another problem too: everytime I access the application a message pops up saying that the automatic update failed. 

I have followed Sorin's instructions going to: C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio2\Updates and run the "StudioUpdateClient.exe", but I have Studio 3 (not 2) inside the SDL folder. However I tried to run the "StudioUpdateClient.exe" file, but the same error pops up, I send here the screenshot:
