License/Activation code not available on my account

Hello!

I bought the product "Upgrade from SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus to SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus" but the license/activation code do not show on my online account and I cannot activate my product after sucessfully installing it. I have the order and invoice from last year.

Could you please let me know how to proceed? Thanks in advance!
