Problem starting Trados studio with License Manager activated

Hello there! We have installed Trados Studio 2021 in our Azure server (10.10.10.136).

Then we installed the SDL License Manager in the same server and activated our SDL Trados Studio 2021 Professional (Network SN).

Later, we started Trados Studio and we are receiving this error:

Without License

Is our License Server the Server IP (10.10.10.136)????
