Hi
I've purchased a Studio 2021 subscription and when I try to activate this I receive two error messages:
1
Object reference not set to an instance of an object
2
The license key is not valid for this device. Try again with a different license or contact your cloud accounft administrator.
The configuration of the computer has not changed since purchase, download or installation. Would be grateful for any help.

As you have a subscription version, you do not need (or use) and activation code- but simply activate online by logging in to the language Cloud Subscription option as follows
Should you still have issues, please let us know and provide the relevant screenshots and full error stack

Thanks for your answer. I've done exactly as you suggest however, I can't access the dialog to download an xml file as SDL shuts down as soon as I try to click away the active dialog regarding the license key
