When I use SDL Trados Studio 2021 to create a Cloud project, it always shows "Object reference not set to an instance of an object", and then the software crashes. How to deal with it?

Unfortunately 'Object reference not set....' is very generic and does not tell us anything at all.
Please post the full error stack, so we can see what might be causing the issue-
Also, relevant screenshots are helpful, as well as information as to when exactly the problem arises- at what stage in the process?
