Can't log in to company account on SDL website or Trados

Hello,

I am currently receiving these messages when I try to log in to my company account on Trados and the SDL website:

Error message on Trados Studio login screen stating 'There was an error in our system! Retrying in 10 seconds... Account not provided' with an option to show details.

Popup window on Trados Studio showing 'System error' with William Roberts' account selected in the background.
