The case you mentioned was already closed. The SDL engineer contacted you for the first time in the same day I opened the case for you (11.03), then followed up on 16.03 and closed the case today 18.03 because there were no replies from you for a week. I will log another case for you but if you don`t reply there`s nothing else we can do to help.

As far as I remember I was the last to answer. Honestly, when I call/e-mail your distributor in Poland, he solves the issue immediately. Now, it was beyond his means, so I asked you directly to help. Well, a professional company would call me and solve the issue. You prefer a ping-pong with questions and answers leading nowhere. I kindly ask you to solve it with us on Teamviewer next Wednesday during European working hours. I have SDL Trados licenses for 6 computers. Be assured that I will not buy any of your products again if you don't cooperate in a user-friendly way on this issue. Please note that the fact that SDL Trados Studio 2019 stopped working on my coworker's computer made him loose 10 hours of work. SDL Trados Studio is probably the less reliable tool on the market. If our clients wouldn't request to use it, we would have never chosen it.
