Sorry for the delay.

My Studio Projects folder was in OneDrive rather than my hard drive so once I moved it back it all worked fine.

In the end, I lodged a case, and the kind technician helped to solve my problem through remote controlling. 

I know I'm late, but: run it as an administrator.

It doesn't load the projects I've already done and a lot of settings (but not all) have disappeared, but at least I can start another one.

Run it as administrator.

Mine just did this and I've managed to start it up so I can at least do a new project. It's lost several settings (but kept some others) but I'll figure that out lately. Since it's not loaded old projects I'm guessing there's a problem there.
