I'm trying to dowload the app "Glossary Converter", but it says I don't have a licence to do it even if I got the product "SDL Certification Bundle - SDL Trados Studio 2019" and I should be able to download it.

Hello SILVIA CHIARINI ,
I have checked your account and there are no licenses available- only the Certification bundle.
When you try to download an App- a check is made against your account, to check that you have the correct/compatible licenses available.
Do you perhaps a different account where the licenses are held?
