I`ve checked your account and noticed that you activated your second seat and now the "Reset license" button is available to deactivate the previous activation.
Please try to reset it and let me know if it works.

Hi, Sorin! Yes. I realized that was the reason why I didn't see the "Reset license" button, so I used the second seat.
I tried to reset it, but an error message keeps appearing:
An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.
