Can we install the License Manager not on a server (like on Sherepoint with Office 365)?
I don't have a physical server, so I don't want my computer to require to be on every time someone in my team needs to license.

If it`s possible to install .exe files in the environment you`re referring then it should be fine but from what I know it`s not possible to install .exe files on Sharepoint.
Then, if the License Manager is installed on that environment you need to make sure that is reachable from the user machines that need to retrieve a license.
