SDL Licensing Toolkit 2011 activation issue

 We are not able to activate SDL Trados 2011 Network License Server. 
 Kindly help to activate server ASAP.

 Unfortunately as you have logged in as SDL Trados, we are unable to log a licensing ticket for you as we cannot track the account where the licenses are held. 
 Please provide the order number ( no other details are required ) so the licensing team are able to help you.
