It was ages ago that I changed the email address tied to my user profile.

The only thing I ever did was to change my contact/user email address from within my user login.

I see, what I can do for you if you want to remain on this account with the new email address, is move all your previous settings and contributions to your new account.

Perhaps this could also explain why I'm getting a "You don't have permissions to this account" when trying to log into my SDL Trados Live Essential Professional account/login?

I recently upgraded to Studio 2021 Pro and was told I get a 1-year trial access, but so far I have been able to access the service.

I have done it now, your contributions should be added to your new account now.

About the questions for your Studio account I'm looping in one of my colleagues.
