Please try to follow the below steps :
1. Download the latest version for Multiterm 2017 from the following link: sdlpatches:5dlpatch35@ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/.../SDLMultiTermDesktop2017_SR1_55461.zip
2. Run the installer downloaded at step 1.
3. If you receive any error message please try to install Multiterm 2017 manually following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0031040
