Trados is not opening anymore. I have tried eveything possible and I cannot stop crying now, because I will loose my customers.
"It is impossible to start the service. projectmanagement"....
I cannot even install and desinstall trados because I do not understand how to do. My English is not so well to follow the steps.
Can you help me please ?

Thank you. I have managed to desvnstall and reinstall and repair and changed the file names. But I got the same error message over and over again. I really do not know what to do now...

Until one of the SDL technicians will contact you you can try the solution from this article:https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038442
or the below steps:
1.Make sure Studio ( including the error message) is closed.
2.Go to C:\Users\%USER_NAME%\Documents\Studio 2017\Projects
3.Rename the projects.xml file
4.Start Studio and go to File > Setup > Users and edit the user info in there. Make sure you type the information and not copy paste it
