My computer recently crashed and needed reformatting. As a result, I lost a number of programs I only have in soft versions, including Trados Studio and Multiterm.
Having logged into my account where my order history and licences should be listed, in order to download the packages again, I now see nothing, as though I were a brand new customer. I purchased by first SDL/Trados product in 2006 and have used it ever since, updating several times.
I would therefore be very grateful if you could assist me in retrieving my products so that I can reinstall and reactivate the programs I own.
