Hi,
when I launch my Trados Studio from Laptop, selecting to enter with my Live Essential subscription I get an error saying my license has been deactivated.
Why??!!
I have a permanent license of Trados Studio 2021 Pro and I should have free live essential use for the first year. Last month worked regularly.
How can I use TRados from my laptop? Why it says my license has been deactivated?
Please activate your Studio 2021 Professional desktop version by pasting the license code from your account, Products and Plans - Licenses into the activation window of Studio.
If the problem with Studio Live persists even after doing so, please submit a case with our Language Cloud team at https://gateway.sdl.com/WebToCaseLCMT
