My PC OS collapsed and I reinstalled my PC OS but now I can not acivate my SDL Trados Studio 2021, because the license is in use and I couldn't deactivated it.

In order to deactivate your license, you would have to follow the instructions from this KB article: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge - the deactivation
