Hello, my computer crashed a few hours. I couldn't restart it, so I had to buy a new computer, but I can't deactivate the licence on it, I receive an error message. Could you please help me and deactivate my licence so that I can use it on my new computer please?
EDIT: I work on SDL Studio 2021. I also submitted a ticket to reset the licence, I'll keep this this thread updated for future potential cases like mine.
