License Bug

Hello,

I own a Trados 2021 FL license, which I am using on only one computer.

I started SDL Trados 2021 this morning and a message informed me that I had to activate it. This is weird, because I never deactivated it.

I went to my account on My SDL, but my license is marked as already in use, so I cannot use it.

I tried to deactivate and reset my license, but this doesn't work either.

This clearly looks like a bug to me. Could you please help me and check what is wrong? Would it be possible to reset the license for me, so I can use it again?
