We cannot use our license and there is a problem when resetting

Hi!

We have an issue with our SDL 2019 License. It was activated in a hard drive that do not longer exists so we cannot deactivate the license to activate it in a new computer. We have tried to reset the License but every time we try we receive a message that an error has occurred.

We need to solve this problem as soon as possible to use this License again.
