Hi,
I downloaded and installed 2019 from my account, but the license for it does not show under Licenses. I deactivated my 2017 license, and am presently working with the 30 days testversion as I have to get some jobs delivered.
How do I make my 2019 license show under Licenses?

Please login to your account band process the upgrade as follows-
Once you have followed the instructions, you will see the 2019 activation code.
