Hi,
When I wanted to open my SDL TRADOS 2014 Freelance, I had to reactivate. I went to my account en resetted my licence. Afterwards, I copied the activation code, but I received a SocketError2-77-message. I tried to add an exception to the windows firewall as this was the solution proposed (https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0032915) but I cannot find the SDL Trados extension in the applications proposed. Can you help me since I have already 2 days delay due to this problem.
