When you try to connect to Language Cloud Subscription, the below error message is displayed: Connection to Language Cloud failed. Screenshot is attached. The solution in article 000007601 did not help.

I have a similar problem with Trados Live 2021, and until now I don't have any solution and my client seems to not find one too.
