I have updated my 2019 freelance to 2021 freelance plus, the 2019 freelance still can be used in my old computor, but I can not deactivate it when I want to transfer it to another computor. I can not deactivate it offline too, because my SDL account does not display the license of the 2019 freeance. what can I do? Please help

When you upgrade from Studio 2019 to Studio 2021, your 2019 license is removed and replaced with a license for Studio 2021.
This new 2021 activation code, will also activate 2019 as long as they are bother installed on the same machine.
This applies also if you move Studio to a new machine.

Thank you Steven. I have a completely new SSD so it is like a new PC, I installed the Trados Studio 2021 on this PC and I will do it in my second PC. The license I bought is for two PCs and it is not displayed in the products I have bought and I do not have a valid license number for this version. Please I need support. Thank you
