Can´t activate SDL Trados Studio 2021 via Subscription

Hi!

I just bought SDL Trados Studio Freelance L1 – Subscription and when I try to activate after log in it tells me that my Language Cloud Account has reached the maximum number of devices for the actual subscription (odd since I just bought the subscription). So, I guess I should go to my Language Cloud Account to see what’s happening. However, when I try to log in into languagecloud.sdl.com or sdltradoslive.com I get the error message of “You don't have permissions for this account”. As I have read in other posts, I need to ask my account manager ton to give me the permission, but it happens that I am the account manager. I am a freelancer, I only have one account, and I do not work with anybody who could be the manager of my own account. So that is as far as I get… Hope you can help me!
