My old PC crashed... I have a deactivation authorization but how do I obtain the deactivation certificate to be able to activate it again in the new PC?
Your help would be highly appreciated as it is really urgent to be able to work again.

Please try to reset the license from your SDL account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
Then you should be able to activate it on the new PC.
