I have a question to ask you regarding our 2 licenses we have.
Our department CSS uses one license with my colleague and I.
Another department PWT, there will be two persons using one license like our department.
We know that when two people use one license sharing together, when one of them are using, the other one cannot use it.
Now 4 people install 2 licenses on their pcs, that means only two people can use at the same time, correct?

You currently have two network licenses.
This means you can install the software on as many PC's as required- however only two users can use the software at any given time.
If user nr 3 wants to use the software, one of the licenses will need to be 'returned' before a new user can log on a borrow the license.
Should you need more than two users to be working at the same time, you will need to increase the number of licenses available.
