Need two accounts merged together

Question

Hi! 
 
 I originally created an SDL account and bought an old Studio 2015 license from a coworker to use with that account. This account is under the email mormoretti@gmail.com . 
 
 Unfortunately, I later created a work only email address, and this was used to subscribe to my SDL Vendor account. This account is under the email rmorettitr@gmail.com . 
 
 The problem is that I wish to purchase the latest SDL Studio version using my Vendor discount, but since my SDL Vendor account doesn't have a license linked to it, I would have to pay the full price instead of the update price. 
 
 Could you please help me merge these two accounts together or maybe guide me through some other workaround?

 Thank you for posting this request on this page! I've checked both your SDL accounts, but unfortunately, upgrading from SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus is no longer possible, as the upgrade path is closed. In this case, if you would like to get Studio 2021, I'm afraid you will have to purchase a new license. You can check the vendor discounts tab for the current offers:
