Trados 2019 suddenly showing question marks by my Translation Memories (in list) - but still seem to work

I moved my Trados licence over to a new computer last week, along with the various files, and everything seemed to be working fine, until today.

When I opened a new document, even though I could see my various TMs, when I select any, a blue question mark comes up beside them. And my DeepL plugin does not show up in the list so cannot be selected.

However, I am working on another document uploaded earlier and can see all my TMs and DeepL is working?? 

Trados also seems to have trouble recognizing the source language of new documents (I get things like ENGLISH/ENGLISH, which of course isn't much help and I can't seem to unselect English as the source language!). It's like the program has gone haywire.

I'm wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else and if some sort of repair is required. I'm almost afraid to reboot given that one of my longer texts is working fine and I don't want to lose access to those TMs.
