Dear Sebastiana,

Excuse me, but I'm having a hard time understanding the system, or we're doing something wrong => see attachment: on our account, we see that the license e691227...e22d is currently in use with 1 extra activation free.

But this license i on computer "PC NUC" in our secretariat and on my Toshiba in use. There are therefore two activations. Today, I tried to deactivate the license on my PC (I don't it use anymore) but I receive an error message => screenshot.

What is not correct?
