license deactivation

I deactivated my SDL 2021 Freelance license because I had to fix problems with my computer drive. I checked on my Account page and all was well ( 2 out of 2 licenses available).

I fixed hardware problems, installed SDL Trados software, and activated 1 license. All was well again on my Account page (1 in use, 1 available).

I restarted my computer and launched SDL Trados application, but it is now in Trial mode, and my Account page says 1 license is in use, 1 is available.

I do not have the option on my Account page to reset the license.

What can I do to reactivate it, without the need to activate the second license?
