We have 3 licences that have just been upgraded to 2021 from 2017.
We were advised to deactivate 2017 and upgrade the software. We have done this. But on one of the installs, we were not given the new activation code and therefore it's only running on the 'Trial Version'. Can someone please assist?

If you have purchased an upgrade, in order to see the new license code of Studio 2021, there is needed to process the upgrade in your SDL account.
To do so please log in into your SDL account - products and plans - Licenses, and in there should be a blue ribbon saying you have an upgrade available. Please click on it and proceed with the steps and information from there.
