Hi,
I need to install SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus on a new PC. I cannot deactivate it on my existing PC. I have tried both within the Trados Studio program and on the Licenses page (offline deactivation). In the product generates Error 202 (lock info is not matching), offline also fails. Please can you resolve this; I need to work with Trados Studio first thing on Monday.
